I describe my approach as consultative. I prefer to mold solutions to a client’s genuine need and aptitude instead of attempting to stuff client challenges into a one-solution-fits-all bucket.
Every client is unique, every problem is also. The solutions are unique, they’re crafted, they evolve. The solutions are bespoke.
I listen. I sketch. I outline. I listen more. I ask questions. Sometimes I pretend I’m one of the customers. Sometimes, I project that I’m an investor wanting to see how the sausage is really made. Then I sketch and outline more. This process adopts a DevOps pattern of development, testing, analysis and iteration. I'll UX the hell out of it, then I'll UI the hell out of it.
It's not right until its "just right".
